The Annual General Meeting will be held on November 18, 2026. This virtual meeting will take place via the Teams application.

Please note that, in accordance with the bylaws, members attending the meeting must ensure their Québec Subaquatique membership status is in good standing in order to have voting rights.

The Federation’s audited financial statements will be presented to members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 18.

We previously made this document available on our website. However, following recommendations received from our legal counsel last January, we have revised our practices. To protect the organization’s financial information, we no longer publish audited financial statements on our website or distribute them broadly to members by email.

Sections 98 and 224 of the Companies Act provide for the presentation of financial information at the AGM for organizations incorporated under Part III of the Act. However, the Act does not require financial statements to be published on a website or systematically distributed to members before the meeting, subject to the requirements applicable to the organization, including those set out in its bylaws.

The Financial Overview for the 2025–2026 fiscal year will be published following the presentation of the financial statements at the AGM.
