Federation Presentation

The mission of the Federation is to bring together underwater enthusiasts, ensure their safety, represent their interests and promote underwater activities (scuba diving, underwater field hockey and rugby, freediving and snorkeling).

Diving regulations in Quebec

A person who engages in or teaches recreational scuba diving in Quebec, other than in a qualifying course or examination, must hold a certificate attesting to the level of qualification he or she has acquired in scuba diving or the teaching of diving.
